The building, with a total built area of 23,456 m2, is situated in San Sebastian's hospital district. It sets out to be an "advenced, pioneering" centre in the fight against cancer.
The works consisted in the construction of 117 single-family dwellings, in the following models: detached, semi-detached, quadruple and terraced houses.
The work consisted of building 210 homes, together with their storage rooms, garages and porches, distributed between 8 external entrances.
Located on a 46,000 m2 site, Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, with its 2,000 m2 of total surface area, is part of the collection of actions with the intention of achieving new roads for expansion and development in view of the progressive disappearance of a large part of the industrial activity.
