Description

The modular building and its extension occupy a total area of 19,400 m2. divided into three areas:

SERVICE AREA
For visits, common areas, offices, conference rooms, etc.
Occupying an area of 1,700 m2. and located on the southern side of the building.

ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
A metal overhang located at the south-western end of the building, housing different offices and administration areas and forming the main entrance to the building. Occupying an area of 300 m2.

R&D&I MODULES AREA
For the private use of companies, with offices, dressing rooms and independent laboratories. This area is built around a “central street”  that crosses it longitudinally and from which it is possible to access the modules. The area occupied is
8,000 m2.  

The services and office area is made of concrete built on-site and the overhang is made of metal. The modules for companies are made of prefabricated concrete.

The roof is sandwich panel with a top layer finish in aluminium, the façades are closed with a façade wall. The finishes are in materials such as glass, wood,  carpeting and stone.

With regard to urbanization, a series of concrete paths have been made as well as the vehicle access to the building and car park.
